Plan to be reopen our studio again 3rd of August Announcement

We are excited to announce that we plan to be reopening our studio on Monday 3rd August following further confirmation from the Welsh Government. 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).

Booking and Payment can be made at our online website as usual https://www.orchidtraditionalthaimassage.co.uk , other way to contact for booking can be made by phone, Text, at 0777 8837688 and Facebook Official Page, please note payment is required at the time of booking. Please note we are only taking prearrange appointment only (no walking).

We strongly encourage prior bookings as our hours working are very limited due to social distancing regulations. We need to keep all records , this would then aid in the contact tracing system if required by the NHS. This will be held on file for 21 days.

Your safety is our number one priority! We were one of the first premises to close before lock down had begun and we have taken all measures and followed all guidelines to ensure yours and our staff safety, while we slowly reopen.

It is very difficult time during the pandemic period but we do need to strict by the rules for preventing the disease. Please do understand us as we will have to ask you to follow the rule In our Studio, additional safety measures have been introduced, ➡️Hand sanitiser stations on arrival and departure. ➡️Regular deep cleans of all areas and Air Treatment will be apply after each session. ➡️All government guidelines will be followed. ➡️To ensure everyone’s safety, before your session, we will scan your temperature before entering the premises. If you have a high temperature of 37.8 or above we will request you to re arrange your appointment or any staff members who feel unwell will be told to remain off work. ➡️Our staff will using face shield , face mask, groves and apron at all time of service. ➡️Massage mattress will be covered with single use disposable bed sheets for each client. ➡️Please wear your mask when you come to our service (If you don't have a mask then a washable face mask will be provided). Most importantly we ask you to ‘Respect & be Kind’ to our staff and each other. ➡️We will supply a face mask free of charge for the first 200 clients. ➡️As usual, clients will be offer a complimentary a bottle of juice or a bottle of water. ➡️Please be punctual for your appointment to help us and other clients.
