Cancellation Policy
Please note : We required 24 hours notice in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Due to the individualized nature of services we offer, we prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You are responsible for appointments not cancelled within this period. Booking by Gift Voucher, please reference your Gift Voucher no. This booking is non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified. failure to arrive as above time booking will be treated as a no-show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value. Please note when you book your space for example at 12 pm. we will confirm your booking and this time may change by 15 minutes eg. 11.45/12.15 either way.
